Each individual is permitted to hold only one byucasino account. This applies per person and per household address. If byucasino detects multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address, all linked accounts may be suspended, bonuses may be voided, and winnings from duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your byucasino login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone. BYUCasino may require Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification at any point — typically before processing a first withdrawal, or when a significant change in account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID) together with a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address.

All transactions at byucasino are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum standard deposit, though high-value deposits may require additional verification. Withdrawals at byucasino are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. GCash withdrawals are the fastest option for Philippine players — standard members typically receive their funds within 5 minutes of approval; VIP members receive priority processing (Platinum VIP under 5 minutes, Diamond VIP typically under 2 minutes).
The minimum withdrawal amount at byucasino is ₱200. There is no minimum number of bets required before withdrawal of deposited funds (though bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — see Section 6).
BYUCasino is required to verify the identity of members before processing their first withdrawal. This is a standard industry practice to prevent fraud and money laundering. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government ID and a recent proof of address. Once KYC is approved, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-submission unless your personal details change.
BYUCasino will only process withdrawals to accounts registered in the member's own name. We cannot transfer funds to GCash numbers, bank accounts, or e-wallets owned by another person. Any attempt to do so will result in the withdrawal being rejected and the account being flagged for review.
New byucasino members may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus. The current offer, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and specific terms are displayed on the registration and promotions pages. Bonus terms are subject to change and the current offer at the time of your first deposit applies to you.
Bonuses at byucasino carry wagering requirements — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must wager ₱10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

BYUCasino takes bonus integrity seriously. Any member found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing contradictory bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus hunting"), or colluding with others to manipulate promotions — will have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed.
Bets placed at byucasino are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before confirming any wager. BYUCasino does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been accepted by the system, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
BYUCasino reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, where a favourite is listed at grossly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error. Where possible, byucasino will contact affected members and offer the option to re-bet at the correct odds. In cases where this is not practical, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
For sports betting: if an event is abandoned before the standard completion time, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless sufficient play has occurred for a result to be determined under the rules of the relevant sport. Postponed events — for example, a PBA game rescheduled to a later date — will see bets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture unless the match is not played within 72 hours, in which case stakes are returned.
Live betting markets at byucasino may be suspended at any time before or during an event at the discretion of the trading team. Bets will not be accepted once a market is suspended. All confirmed live bets remain valid and will be settled once the outcome is determined.
In the event of a game malfunction in any casino product at byucasino — whether slots, live dealer tables, bingo, or virtual sports — all affected rounds or bets will be voided and stakes returned. BYUCasino makes no payment for winnings generated during a confirmed game malfunction. The RNG and game integrity are independently certified; malfunctions are rare but must be handled fairly for all players.

BYUCasino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or poses a fraud or money laundering risk. We will endeavour to notify the member and return any legitimate balance after investigation, unless doing so would conflict with legal or regulatory requirements.
You may close your byucasino account at any time by contacting support at support@byucasino.app. Before closure, ensure all pending bets are settled and all available funds have been withdrawn. Once an account is closed, any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
BYUCasino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, byucasino will notify registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor updates (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the byucasino platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account before the changes take effect.
